Refund/Replacement
In the case of defective item, we may either replace or refund your order so long as this is within 30 days from the date of purchase from our store.
Once you have brought the defective product to our service center, our team will proceed to diagnose the defect and update you on the status of the repair over the next few working days.
Depending on the case (and availability of stock) eerostore.sg reserves the right to either refund your purchase, replace your defective item, or offer you an equivalent product as replacement or upgrade (topup may be needed).
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, we shall refund your payment promptly. Do kindly note, however, that we are unable to refund the transaction fee that PayPal or your credit card issuer would have charged. While refunding the balance, we shall, as a standard practice, provide a supporting screenshot of this non-refundable portion.
Shipping
Shipping within Singapore for all eero Store items are free. For returns, exchanges, RMA services, cancellations, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
